Post-Sales Analytics

What is Accessible Code Dashboard?

The arms of someone working at a desk, with charts on paper, a desktop computer, and a tablet.

In addition to being a valuable communication tool with your customer base, Accessible Code is also a valuable tool for collecting marketing data about the distribution of your products.

Your annual code usage fee includes access to an admin panel Dashboard, where you can see where, how many times, and in what languages the Accessible Code on your product is scanned. This provides a deeper view into actual consumer behavior far beyond what has ever been possible before. This data can be reviewed with different filter settings for more insightful analysis, and the easy-to-understand visual UI is yet another useful tool to help you plan your product’s future global strategy.

Key Features

#1 Flexible viewing insights

See all product data or focus on specific products, specify a time frame, filter by region, language, and more as suits your needs.

#2 Protects consumer privacy

Location data is obscured to protect user privacy, with only a range of several hundred meters provided. Accessible Code complies with privacy regulations like GPDR.

#3 Always up-to-date

All the data can be viewed in real time, and the analytical functions are continually expanded to improve the UI.

What Kind of Data is Available?

Accessible Code gives you a look at what happens to your product after the initial point of sale. Track your product across the world, see what languages will serve your customer base best, and even gain insight on what time of day your customers are most likely looking for more information, all while protecting your customers’ privacy. The Dashboard features not only give you the data, but also give you multiple ways to view and use it.

Global Distribution

Even if you think you know the global distribution of your products, conventional POS (point of sale) data does not tell the whole story. With Accessible Code, your worldwide product distribution is displayed on a map so you can see where your real consumers are.

Insights by Specific Data Range

Use handy search and selection functions to specify which products to focus on, then define a time frame to see where and how often the product codes were scanned. The time frame ranges from the current month to up to a year before the search date.
