Pricing

Accessible Code requires both a start-up fee and an annual service fee. The start-up fee is determined by how the work is divided during the production and design stage. The annual service fee, which includes the cost necessary to maintain the code for a year, begins at less than one penny per product. Please feel free to contact us for more information. For your consideration, the information below is an example of a possible cost structure.

Initial Cost

We provide consultation based on the product the code is being applied to, content creation, multilingual audio modification, and package testing. We will provide a separate estimate if you would like us to perform a human translation. The total initial fee begins at around 3,000 USD per product.

Annual Cost

We apply service fees based on the annual sales volumes of the product (approximate number of copies of the code).  If the annual sales volume of the product is less than 15,000 units, the same minimum charge will apply. After 15,000 units, the fee increases in accordance with the number of sales with a volume discount being applied. In most cases, the unit price per product will be less than 0.01 USD. * Service fees provide access to all features of the admin panel, including content modification, voice synthesization, and access data analysis.

Translation Services

Although you are free to hire a translation company of your choice or use machine translation, native speakers among our international staff are also available to translate your text. Please note that our company charges different fees per language. However, the basic price can be approximated by multiplying the number of characters by the total number of languages. Even if you choose not to translate through our company, our native speakers can still look over your translation to check the quality. Please contact us if you are interested.

Method of Payment

You can pay by credit card or by international bank transfer to our domestic bank account in Japan. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. We accept Visa and Mastercard, although the types of cards supported may vary by country.
